Article 1. What is Dropship Dynamics and how does it work?

Dropship Dynamics will make every effort to keep the content of the online platform accessible and up to date at all times. In addition, Dropship Dynamics is committed to providing quality support within its services. Should you experience any technical issues with the online platform, you can report this to: tom@dropship-dynamics.com. Technical issues do not entitle you to (partial) refunds or discounts.

The tools and resources provided on the platform allow you to work on your own goals. Dropship Dynamics may also provide 1-on-1 coaching programs. Dropship Dynamics does not guarantee the achievement of specific or minimum results. The achievement of any results depends not only on the services offered but also on your own efforts and commitment.

In the event that the membership confirmation deviates from these Terms & Conditions, the provisions in the membership confirmation will prevail. Other deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Other general terms and conditions are expressly excluded.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and all subsequent activities between Dropship Dynamics and its members.


Article 2. How does a membership come into effect and how is it terminated?

You may become a member of Dropship Dynamics through a strategy call or direct purchase via the website. Based on your preferences and needs, you will receive tailored advice. After the strategy call (if applicable) and payment, you will receive a written confirmation. At that point, the agreement is established, and you will receive login details to access the platform.

Dropship Dynamics reserves the right to modify the content of the online platform or coaching programs at any time, including during the membership period.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the membership within 14 calendar days after the purchase, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must send an email to tom@dropship-dynamics.com.

The duration of your membership depends on the package purchased. Memberships cannot be canceled prematurely but may be extended.

In the event of bankruptcy, suspension of payment, guardianship, or discontinuation/transfer of business by either party, the other party has the right to dissolve the agreement or suspend services.

If you fail to make payments for a period of 60 days or longer and do not contact Dropship Dynamics via tom@dropship-dynamics.com, Dropship Dynamics reserves the right to terminate the agreement. In such cases, all outstanding costs for services already delivered will become immediately due and payable upon termination. You will retain the right to settle outstanding payments before termination takes effect.


Article 3. Refund Policy

Once a customer has received access to the course, platform, and/or coaching program, refunds are no longer possible. Since our services are delivered digitally and tailored to the customer’s specific needs, no refunds will be provided after access has been granted.


Article 4. What can you expect from Dropship Dynamics during your membership?

Dropship Dynamics will strive to ensure that the platform remains accessible and up to date. We will also provide adequate support for our services. However, any temporary issues or interruptions do not entitle members to (partial) refunds or compensation.


Article 5. What does Dropship Dynamics expect from you during your membership?

  • The login details provided to you are personal and may only be used by you. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

  • You will provide all necessary information required to maximize the effectiveness of the services.

  • For coaching programs, you are expected to complete all assigned action points. Coaching sessions are strictly personal.

  • If you do not contact Dropship Dynamics for a period of 60 days, Dropship Dynamics reserves the right to terminate the agreement. All outstanding payments will then become immediately due.


Article 6. Membership costs and payment

The investment costs depend on the chosen package and duration. The costs stated in your membership confirmation are always leading.

Payments must be made immediately upon ordering through one of the approved payment methods on the website.

If payment obligations are not met, you will not receive access credentials. From the invoice due date, statutory interest and collection fees (in accordance with the Debt Collection Costs Act) will apply.

If you have opted for installment payments, each installment must be paid every 30 days as agreed. In case of late payment, access to the platform may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding amount is paid in full. Dropship Dynamics reserves the right to engage a collection agency, and any associated costs will be charged to the member.


Article 7. Liability

  • Dropship Dynamics is not liable if courses, coaching, or tools provided on the platform do not meet your personal expectations or requirements, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Dropship Dynamics.

  • If the desired results are not achieved within your preferred timeframe, Dropship Dynamics cannot be held liable for damages or compensation. Results depend largely on your own efforts.

  • You are personally responsible for your actions and indemnify Dropship Dynamics from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the platform and services.

  • The liability of Dropship Dynamics is limited to the payout made by its insurance provider in such a case, with a maximum equal to the membership fee paid within the past 12 months.

  • Dropship Dynamics is not liable for indirect damages such as consequential losses, lost profits, or missed savings.


Article 8. Personal data, digital tools, and intellectual property rights

  • Both parties will not disclose confidential information about the other party, its activities, or relations to third parties.

  • To provide the membership services, Dropship Dynamics processes your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy. Data requests (transfer, deletion, etc.) can be submitted via tom@dropship-dynamics.com.

  • All content offered on the platform — including but not limited to courses, tools, PDF files, templates, scripts, and digital downloads — is the exclusive property of Dropship Dynamics and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms & Conditions. You only receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the tools and files for your own business purposes.

  • It is strictly prohibited to copy, resell, distribute, or share any tools, PDF files, or other resources provided by Dropship Dynamics without prior written consent.

  • Membership access, tools, and downloadable content are strictly for personal use and may not be used for commercial or public purposes beyond your own business without explicit written permission.

  • You remain the owner of any materials you provide to Dropship Dynamics for review or guidance.


Article 9. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g., technical failures, cyberattacks, regulatory/legal restrictions) that prevent Dropship Dynamics from fulfilling its obligations, you may terminate the agreement if the situation lasts longer than 60 days.

Dropship Dynamics has the right to suspend services in cases of force majeure without being liable for damages or penalties.


Article 10. Complaints

If you have a complaint, you can report it to tom@dropship-dynamics.com. Dropship Dynamics will make every effort to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.


Article 11. Governing law and competent court

These Terms & Conditions, as well as all offers, agreements, and resulting actions, are governed by Dutch law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland (The Netherlands) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
